El Notariado Cubano, como he podido constatar en diversas ocasiones, ya sea por su función, por su nivel científico o por su cometido moral, no sólo es sumamente capaz en sus funciones institucionales, en una sociedad abierta al desarrollo humano, incluso económico, y a las inversiones extranjeras, sino que se proyecta hacia el futuro, y con su cultura y su posición geográfica estratégica está lista a enfrentar el desafío que entrañan la globalización y el mundo del comrmon law con sus reglas y categorías jurídicas, que podrán llegar de los cercanos Estados Unidos de América del Norte y de los demás Países de derecho anglosajón.
