La Dirección de la Revista ha recibido del licenciado Francisco Vázquez Pérez, copia de un trabajo elaborado por el señor licenciado Ignacio Burgoa, en el mes de enero de 1870, objetando la iniciativa o proyecto de Ley para el ejercicio de la profesión de Escribanos Públicos, ya que dicho abogado expone con toda claridad y precisión el concepto que debe tenerse de un escribano o notario público y elogia con largueza la noble profesión del notariado.
