Este trabajo nos permite reflexionar sobre la trascendencia que tiene para la vida democrática de nuestro país, nuestra intervención como notarios públicos, tanto durante la jornada electoral cuanto en los actos posteriores a la misma, habida cuenta que por la naturaleza perentoria que la materia electoral tiene, así como por la celeridad en la interposición, tramitación y resolución de los medios de impugnación se requiere que atendamos con eficacia imparcialidad y eficiencia las peticiones que se nos formulen.
