Mandato, "el que se otorga a un comisario de una sociedad anónima para representarla es ineficaz".- El mandato otorgado a un comisario de una sociedad anónima no puede tener eficacia, por ser incompatible con sus funciones de comisario de la misma, aunque no se haya reclamado la nulidad del documento, porque eso no es obstáculo para que se pueda impugnar la exactitud del mismo.
