| Estudio que analiza y reivindica la necesidad y bondad de la función notarial frente a los recientes ataques del Banco Mundial a esta institución. Sostiene y demuestra la autora que son infundados y superficiales los análisis cuantitativos y económicos realizados por el Banco Mundial en sus reportes “Doing Business” 2006, 2007 y 2009, en los que se descalifica la función del notario por considerar que ralentiza e incrementa el costo de los trámites legales en México.
